No Helmet Phin

Since I showed that Sparks got a color update, why not Phineas as well? =Astrozerk04 picked out his new colors. Thanks and hope these colors are better.

Yeah, this is what he looks like without his helmet on. His "wetsuit" keeps the water from leaking out of the neck when he's not wearing his helmet. He doesn't need water on his head since he really breathes through the gills on his sides.
He has some dead looking eyes...

Getting a lot easier to draw him now that I gave him a visible neck.
